Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house, providing a comfortable and flexible stay. The only exceptions are two areas that remain off-limits for safety and privacy reasons: the crawl space and the attic. Please do not open the garage door unless there is an emergency. At various times of the year Ennis can experience high winds and blowing dust and tumble weeds. To keep the garage as clean as possible for all guests we as that you keep the garage closed. As of November 2025, the garage is also off-limits while we prepare an exciting new bonus room. This upcoming space (December 2025) will feature a stylish living area complete with arcade games—including classic favorites like PAC-MAN and NBA-themed games—and a massive 100" TV screen perfect for watching sports and movies. We look forward to sharing this fun addition with our guests soon! The garage space in this unit, due to being a bonus room, cannot accommodate vehicle parking. If it is found that guest parked in the bonus room space you will be charged $2k for damages.
